For Sale Proton Gen2 1.6 gls Automatic. fitted with mobility hand controls.
We are selling my wifes car as she has just brought a new one. the proton has been a fantastic car over the past 5 years and has never let us down. we will be sad to see it go.
Selling as SPARES AND REPAIR but i still use the car daily and its as relaible as ever!!
The car is fitted with hand controls because my wife is disabled, but the hand controls do not affect the use of the pedals and they can also be detached from the car.
The car is in metalic blue and comes with alloy wheels, cd player with steering wheel controls, and has sports seats.
This is a fantastic car which now needs a little TLC.
The car had a waterpump and cambelt change last year as well as new brakes all round.
Car has a SHORT MOT and TAX
Bad points..
Passenger side has a little damage from where i scraped it against the wall outside our house. i have tried a cheap repair but was given the wrong paint so the colour doesnt match could do with a little filler and the right paint. have also attempted to cover some scrapes on the rear quarter panel but again used the wrong paint so it is a mismatch.
The shock absorbers on the rear could need replacing but im not 100% sure as im not a mechanic but will list this just to be on the safe side.
The car also may require new track rod ends on the front. and could do with a new front tyre.
The drivers side window doesnt open and may need either a regulator or a motor.
The drivers mirror needs replacing
The interior is in average condition, it has stains on the seats but these may wash out with some car shampoo and a proper clean .
Apart from this the car is very good. the engine is reliable and has been looked after.
I am still using the car so that its not sitting around gathering rust and it still runs very well.
I have tried to be as honest as possible and would strongly recommend viewing.
